To Market, To (Fish) Market
At the crack of dawn, this coming Friday morning I plan to slip into a well-loved pair of jeans, pull on my black boots, and khaki jacket, then drive to the Sydney Fish Markets, where I will purchase some of the freshest seafood produce. Why would would I do this? To prepare a special lunch for Byron and myself. Just. Because. I. Can.
The only problem is: I cannot decide on one specific dish to cook as I have a variety in mind. We plan to take a short trip away so this will be our early lunch before leaving. I think I will have to wait and see what the fishermen have available at the market.
I wonder if you have any seafood favourites that stand out? I guess I'll have to think about it for a little while longer.
